Red Russian and Black Tuscan kale are the connoisseur's choice - two distinct varieties that grow beautifully together and deliver a flavour profile that's far more interesting than either alone. Feathered red-tinged leaves meet deep blue-green Tuscan fronds. It's a tray worth looking at before you eat from it.
