Shipping policy

This policy applies to purchases made through titbit.co.uk by customers in the United Kingdom. It is intended to be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Contact Information.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery services and charges

Orders are sent with Royal Mail. The delivery options shown at checkout are the options available for your order and address.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99 flat-rate UK delivery, where this option is offered. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: price calculated at checkout. Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery times are aims, not guarantees. Dispatch time is separate from Royal Mail's delivery aim. Delays can occur because of postal disruption, weather, bank holidays or events outside our control.

Tracking and delivery address

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

Delays, missing parcels and returned parcels

If a parcel appears delayed or missing, email hello@titbit.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you. A further delivery charge may apply before we send it again. This does not affect your legal rights.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription refill orders are shipped in accordance with the delivery option and charge shown at checkout or in your subscription arrangement. You can skip or cancel a subscription as set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
