What’s the difference between the Standard and Custom Refill?
The Custom Refill lets you choose all three microgreen varieties yourself. The Standard Refill comes with three varieties from our current rotating selection and can also be bought on subscription.

Can I choose the same variety more than once?
Yes. Choose any three varieties shown in the selector. Pick three different ones, or repeat a favourite.

How many grows do I get?
Three seed packs and three coir discs give you three full grows. Each seed pack is perfectly portioned for one 23 × 17cm tray, but you can also split it between multiple smaller growing containers if you prefer.

Do I need new trays?
No. The Custom Refill is designed for reusing the trays from your titbit! Pro Grow Kit. Grow trays are not included.

Can I subscribe to the Custom Refill?
No. The Custom Refill is a £15 one-off purchase. If you prefer automatic refills, the Standard Refill is available on subscription.

How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is £2.99, with dispatch in 1–2 working days.

What if my seeds don’t grow?
No sprout? We’ll help make it right. Get in touch and we’ll troubleshoot the grow with you. If we can’t get it sorted, we’ll send you replacement seeds and you’ll just cover delivery.
