Terms of service
This policy applies to purchases made through titbit.co.uk by customers in the United Kingdom. It is intended to be read with our Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use titbit.co.uk or buy goods from Titbit Agritech Ltd trading as titbit!. Our company number is 13491120 and our business address is 51 Lambert Walk, Wembley, London, HA9 7TR, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@titbit.co.uk.
Orders and contract
By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the goods selected at the price shown at checkout. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a genuine reason, for example a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, an inability to fulfil the order or an incorrect product description. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you promptly.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly by device. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer a suitable resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment must be authorised before we dispatch goods. We may correct an obvious pricing error; if it affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
Delivery
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Your rights and our returns policy
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to cancel, return goods and request help with faulty or damaged items. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under UK consumer law, including rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, the price, frequency and any applicable discount will be shown before you place the order. Subscription terms are set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Website content
We own or license the intellectual-property rights in our website content, branding and materials. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use its content other than as permitted by law or these terms.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. This does not remove any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
