Which seeds will I get?
Your Standard Refill includes three pre-measured organic seed packs from our current rotating selection. You can see the exact varieties in This Month’s Seeds above before you order.

Can I choose my own varieties?
The Standard Refill comes with our current rotating selection. If you’d rather choose all three varieties yourself, our Custom Refill is the choose-your-own route.

Why subscribe instead of buying refills one at a time?
If you’re planning to keep growing, subscribing means paying less and never having to remember to restock. Your next three grows are £11 instead of £13, with the seeds, coir and guidance arriving monthly or every 2 months. That’s £3.67 per grow and £2 saved on every refill. Skip or cancel anytime. £2.99 UK delivery per refill.

Can I subscribe if I bought my Pro Grow Kit one-off?
Yes. You don’t need to have started with a subscription. If you already have your Pro Grow Kit trays, choose Monthly or Every 2 Months on this page and continue with £11 subscription refills.

Monthly or Every 2 Months: which should I choose?
Each refill gives you three grows. Choose Monthly if you expect to work through those three grows in around a month. Every 2 Months gives you more time between boxes. Pick the pace that matches how often you actually want to grow.

Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can skip or cancel anytime. Your subscription continues at the frequency you chose until you cancel it.

Do I need new trays with every refill?
No. That’s the point of the refill. Keep using the reusable trays from your Pro Grow Kit and top them up with the seeds, coir and guidance for your next three grows. If you don’t already have the trays, start with the Pro Grow Kit.

What if my seeds don’t sprout?
No sprout? We’ll help make it right. Get in touch and we’ll troubleshoot the grow with you. If we can’t get it sorted, we’ll send you replacement seeds and you’ll just cover delivery.
